F.P.S. defines  the word repair / rebuild into a 3 step program that can add operational life to your Frac equipment. 

below we will give you a step by step on how our treating process works.

Services 1.

As you can see here in this picture we have (2) types of tanks the one on the {left} is our stress release tanks where your fluid ends will be placed to soften the base material so our impregnation process can preform the treating process.

Once we take your fluid ends out of tank (1) we will then steam clean the take off the chemical.



Now your fluid ends are ready to be put into the 2nd step

now your unit is prepped and placed into vat # 2 where we will add 3 combined heat resistant alloys such as: Inconel 718, K Monel, And Hastaloy X, where they have been smelted to a liquid form and placed in to vat # 2 now the material and your fluid end will be bonded like a magnet and now the pores of your base material is open and  filled in not a layer but a dept penetration

Services 2. 

 

Now your fluid end is taken out of the tanks and again steam cleaned to take off the chemical and beat blasted to get a visual inspection. and taken to the line bore to take off access material that was build up only 070.000 - 085.000 now your fluid end is line bored and is now to the manufacture specification   

Services 3. 

 

Now your fluid ends have been taken to a 3rd party company

to have them API citified and inspected where your fluid ends will go through a series of tests such as:



Wet Mag particle inspection, Magnafluxing, H2o Test, And a course of PSI testing. from there we will bring them back to our shop prep them for paint and put the onto a skid and strap them down & there ready to ship out
